Etsy: A Special Marketplace

I bought a product from some seller, the money was withdrawn, and Wtsy blocked access to the account and I don’t know what happened to my order. Etsy - scammers

It’s not my first purchase from Ukraine with my card. I have bought 7 digital products till today and all be good. But today my payment was canceled and I was blocked. My bank said that in their side all ok, and Etsy refused payment. So thank you for blocking for nothing 😡

Hi. Why Etsy is blocked in Ukraine now? I respect your sanctions policy, but I don’t get why the service is blocked in non-occupied territory

I’m really disappointed with the situation on Etsy. I had high hopes for selling my creations on this platform, but both of my accounts have been completely blocked. I’ve been trying for a whole week to reach your support team to get them unlocked, but I’ve only encountered silence and responses saying, “We’re doing everything we can.” I truly appreciate any assistance you can provide. A very convenient app.

My experience with Etsy has been an absolute nightmare. After making my very first sale, my account was abruptly blocked without any explanation. A significant amount of money is now stuck with Etsy, and per their policy, they can hold my funds for six months. This is unacceptable and feels like a way for them to misuse my hard-earned money. Every day, I receive spam messages from bots attempting to steal my account information, making the platform feel incredibly insecure. Despite reporting these issues, I’ve seen no action taken to resolve them. The customer support is abysmal. They take weeks to respond, and when they do, they often close the ticket due to 'inactivity,' even though I am the one waiting for a response. The lack of communication and accountability is shocking. Etsy has proven to be unreliable and frustrating, and I strongly advise against using their services. The experience has been nothing short of horrendous, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Etsy blocks the shops without any reason and freezes sellers’ money received for the orders. Etsy Support works really bad and doesn’t answer to questions. I don’t recommend buyers to use the marketplace where sellers are scammed

I paid for the goods, but there was no delivery to my country (this was not in the delivery conditions). the money was not returned.
