Scam
Etsy blocks the shops without any reason and freezes sellers’ money received for the orders. Etsy Support works really bad and doesn’t answer to questions. I don’t recommend buyers to use the marketplace where sellers are scammed

I clicked on an advertisement for this application, where I could order an item. I ordered it, I paid, my money was withdrawn, but at the same time other payments started to go through, I canceled them and they reset me. After this my delivery was not made. I didn’t get either the money or the parcel back. I decided to write to support twice, but this application has such crappy support that they decided to stupidly ignore me, although I immediately said that I had all the screenshots confirming this advertisement, my payment and that they behaved like scammers. Nothing in response. So I’m already writing here. If they don’t find anything to answer for me here and they don’t help me, then I’ll find another place where I’ll write, but the consequences will be even worse than if the support of this application answered me at least the second time.

Я создала аккаунт несколько дней назад и выставила объявление с нижним бельем. Я его фотографировала на вешалке. Не на теле, ни на чем-то ужасном, а на вешалке. Меня заблокировали и не прислали письмо. Я писала у службу поддержки - мне не отвечают. Я могу сделать видео с моим паспортом, со швейным оборудованием и даже той тканью , из которой я шила тот комплект, доказать что я реальный человек и я намерена продавать на это платформе. Мой магазин назывался ElleMirabelleUA, но теперь в этом нет смысла. Служба поддержки и ее качество зависит от человека и его настроения. Некоторые действительно хотят помочь, а некоторые отвечают лишь бы ответить. И пока вы пишете им - они отвечают ласково, а когда заблокируют - не ждите понимания. Они не блокируют магазины с товарами с Алиекспресс, они блокируют уникальность. Не советую этот сайт больше никому
