The app keeps logging me out which is highly inconvenient.

No chat option on app or online. No English speaking options when you call, your competitors do have this. Unable to see card details on the app as all other companies provide, so back to having to carry a credit card with you, lose your wallet and someone finds your card, less secure than having all on your phone. Overall, a company that seems to be stuck in the last decade.

Ask cookies inside the app and denied by itself.

This card often stops working without warning via the app or text to phone number on file. Usually on a Sunday when you can’t call anyone for help. Sometimes it’s just a case of using chip and pin to activate the card again.

Very little information at hand

The app no longer stores my customer ID meaning I have to dig out and get a text every time I want to login. I don’t know if this is a bug in the current version or a decision but it’s most annoying. Please revert to storing these details...

Dårlig app. Dersom man verifiserer seg med bank id, og så trykker avbryt for en transaksjon, så gjennomfører appen den transaksjonen allikevel. Veldig skummel app, som man risikerer å kjøpe ting og tjenester man ikke ønsker.

Husk meg funksjonen funker veldig sjelden. Gjør det tungvint å legge inn kvitteringer når man må logge inn med bank id konstant

I am sure it is a good app, but I cannot use it. I make use of special characters in the password, and cannot log in (through a MFA process). Support confirmed the issue, but said they had no plans to fix it. Gave me the «advice» to change password in stead. No deal 👎 I have experienced similar issues with a few other apps as well, but they stepped on the gas to fix it.
