No saving of data
I’m constantly frustrated with this app that it’s happy to remember my credit card details however for EVERY checkin I still need to enter all my info (passport and country info) despite being logged into my account. This is not the same for other airline apps.
Another flight app that lies blatantly
Flight due in 1 minute. Not even boarded… yet app showing everything on time 🤥
Rubbish UK credit cards not accepting payment
App is poor eurowings web launches for payment that fails on all 7 different choices of cards master/visa/debit/credit so have to ring Germany just to get a £5 extra legroom seat! DONT USE EUROWINGS
Language settings
The app doesn’t change the language settings. It asked me to change the language in iPhone but the app has not changed.
Check in
The check in option on the App is only in German you have to go to the website to view the English option !!
The App forced me to check in in German!
I had to Google translate to check in in German… if I tried to change language, the app kept booting me out and I had to start over!

Checkin Process is in German…
I understand that this is a German airline but when my phone is set to English why does the app display a bunch of questions for checkin that are in German?? This is especially bad when I’m being asked for my nationality, passport details, etc. which I assume need to match my English passport!! Can’t change the language. Gave up and used a terminal at the airport instead - pretty basic feature to get wrong.
