Please fire the app developers, this app is slow, ugly, non-intuitive and buggy! It can’t even display my boarding pass correctly, nor can it show all the flights in the same booking

Worst app ever
Everytime I try to login for checking my flight and the loading is forever
會當機然後錢沒了機票也沒有
不下一次手機購票付款頁面後購票頁停住 然後很久也沒有反應
Come on, I’m sure you can do better!
Every time I open the app I am forced to update it. No fingerprints login. Discrepancy in miles calculation. Come on, I’m sure you can do better!
IT needs to be fired
I fly with quite a number of airlines and this is the worst app ever. Budget airlines like AirAsia has way better UX and UI than EVA. I wonder if App dev has done any UX studies for the most frequent function a user uses, and if they have used any of other modern app interface.. login is a disaster already - they use their own keyboard (not the right place to put your security practice), password reset is more complicated than my bank, loading time is forever with my 1G WiFi connected. It is laughable to advertise them as 5star airline while providing Stone Age digital experience...... come on, grow up, will you?
