Unable to retrieve booking

Lousy app which unable to retrieve your booking despite keying in the booking number and name. Why make it so difficult?

Full of bugs

This app is full of bugs. Been trying to book a flight on it but it keeps getting stuck at the payment page, forcing me to start over the whole booking again. What’s worse is that when I do try to start again none of my progress is remembered. Other issues such as when selecting my home country, the search function does not even register my country despite it being the overall list. Will book via website instead

昨天搭机返台，在check in時已被告知由于人手不足，特别餐無法提供。登机后发现明显空服員減少且年龄偏長。但是，她们仍伬力满足乘客的要求。当然，机上的食物我無法食用，只有餓着肚子。心里实在是非常生气，这些罷工的空服員，可否想过因为你们的自私行为而造成多少人成了牺牲品？又有多少人增加了数倍的工作量？？？加油！長榮

Very slow and bad experience.

Very slow in responding. After keying all the personal information, there is not “done” button. 超級難用的！

Extremely Unfriendly UI

Fancy keyboard popping out for login, etc. Making Password Auto-Fill unable to fill. Unable to manually paste into username and password field too!

Keyboard covers app

The app uses its own keyboards for the member login screen. The keyboard covers the “submit” key onscreen and makes it impossible to proceed after entering the captcha code. How to use??

User interface is really bad

Really need to improve user interface.

Hopeless

Buggy apps with frequent and inconvenient updates that fail to address issues. Poor apps equaled only by level of in flight service on Eva

This is the worse mileage program in the world

I hv mileage program with SQ, Cathay, Delta and by far Eva’s air is the worse customer experience- takes 10x more effort to do anything. I lost so many miles (expired) and will not recommend your airline albeit your cabin service is great.
