Horrible App
Yet to come across a worse app. You start a book and whilst reading it becomes unavailable. Or you pay for 30days subscription and by day 10 you can only have access to two or three books by one author. Other titles will be in a language you did not indicate that you understand. Horrible, horrible experience. I am done.
Cancellation
I want to cancel my subscription but can’t find where to do so. Help please
App continues to crash
Fantastic app. Fantastic content but it began to crash a few weeks ago and I've not been able to open it. Before that my only issue was my books disappearing once and I had to recompile and download them. Now it crashes all the time and when it does open, it crashes when I try to navigate the app. I've reported the issue but to no avail.
Free subscription
I tried a free subscription, which I enjoyed to no to no end! But got an email at the end the trial period, that my payment method was declined. I have tried two debit cards (2 Mastercard and 1 visa) to no avail. How can I progress? I really want to subscribe. Thanks

Please I paid for my subscription through Apple Pay and it’s reflecting on my settings but not on my profile on the app
Disappointed
The last question I raised wasn’t responded to and for that I am suffering the same issues I complained about. I have noticed that books are made unavailable after some days, the same books that were previously available. I have gone as far as downloading a few books so they are available when you decide to make them unavailable. Regardless of this , the books are not found in my downloads. Please understand that you have users in various countries and data is not as cheap or accessible. Wasting gigabytes of data on downloaded books, only to have you remove them till the following month makes no sense . I am tired of complaining, I am getting disappointed and would not be renewing my membership after so many years of using the scribd App. Kindly look into this as I am at my wits end. Thank you If anyone can suggest alternative apps that are similar to scrib pls comment below
App fails to launch
Why in the world is it not opening!!!!!!!!!!!!?????. I hope you guys see this and get back to me ASAP
Stops playing audiobook when screen goes off
When my phone locks, the audiobooks stops playing. This happens with Scribd app alone.
