Everand: Ebooks and audiobooks

I payed for my subscription and don’t have access to it. And no one is helping me to solve the issue for 6 days now.

Unfortunately, homepage doesn’t work at all. Love the app but constant bugs are really annoying. Also nothing is clear about the limits and amount or type of books you can listen in a month.

Не в перший раз передплачую цей додаток, все влаштовує окрім одного моменту, який дуже впливає на мій користувацький досвід: Яким би стабільним не був інтернет, головна сторінка додатку постійно просить оновити сторінку через проблему із зʼєднанням. І така ситуація в мене на декількох пристроях. Невже розробникам невідомо про цю проблему?

I’m very unsatisfied with unclear policy about “limits”. I’ve listen to 2 audiobooks and have almost month ahead of me, but I can’t choose the next book to listen to. So it’s 5$ per book? Not what I was looking for.

It would be best App if it wouldn’t be for enormous amount of crashes. Also in audio books it is not saving the place where I stopped listening and starting from the beginning. Very unclear limitations. I am not able neither to see how many titles I am able to listen/read not when it will stop being available for use.

Hey I really love the app! Good work. But there’s one thing that changed recently and is kinda annoying. I prefer light mode for reading, but the books open in dark mode automatically, and there’s no way to switch to the light mode. The app itself while you select the books is light, but once you open a book - it turns to dark despite the light mode settings on my iPad. If this is a new ‘feature’ you rolled out recently, pls include the option to switch between modes. If it’s a bug, pls fix it. Thanks!!

Suddenly in the middle of listening to a book, the app stopped with the displayed error of no internet connection. Though it was and all other apps work perfectly. I reinstalled the app, but it turned out I couldn’t log in or sign in. I’m in the loop of reset password and get verification code. What about subscription? How can I get my money back?

It’s a scam I unsubscribed month ago, they withdraw my money today and yesterday

After renaming Scribd to Everand, the service deteriorated terribly. They put some unclear limits on prepaid service. How is that possible? January was a slow month for me. At the beginning of the month, I started one fiction book, put it down, and skimmed through one non-fiction book—I wasn't really interested in reading it all the way through. I also started listening to multiple audiobooks but only finished about 30% of one book. I intended to either not finish the remaining portion or try again at a later time. That's it. I decided to save one of the e-books because I had planned to read it in the upcoming days. I noticed the next day that all e-books were unavailable with the note "You've reached your limit" ??? And the book will be available next month? How come? Where does it say exactly what has exhausted my limits? Where are the clear rules? Where does it specify precisely what has reached its limit for me? Where are the unambiguous guidelines? Quantity? Where are the rules' transparency? If I had known that listening to certain novels would push me over my limit, perhaps I wouldn't have started (I only listened to a few minutes of each). What level of gluttony and blatant misrepresentation of clients is this?

Installed the app from scratch on a brand-new phone, but while trying to log in get an error message about the app inability to connect to AppStore to retrieve my subscription status (I’m a paying subscriber for years and years) and then a message about me being logged out and a suggestion to contact support which disappears imminently not waiting for my email input. Re-installed the app, but have the same issue.
