Everand: Audiobooks & Ebooks

I wanted to try the trial subscription but once it charged the yearly fee and I could not get the refund. Though I wrote several times. The website and the app does not load at all (maybe it is no longer available for Kazakhstan).

The collection of books is good. But the app doesn’t work 90% of the time. Just keeps loading. Wasted my money on this.

I used the subscription since it was only scribd, it was nice and I enjoyed paying for it, ever since this whole everand app, i have had nothing but bugs, issues, and a split library where i have to search in 2 places to find things. And now the apps don’t work on cellular networks and only work on wifi. I updated my apps and phone and the problem stays the same. I wanna unsubscribe but i keep on hoping something good is gonna happen.

I want to cancel my subscription but can’t access to your website! I need help with cancellation, please help me to cancel my subscription

оформила бесплатную подписку, а приложение без уведомления списала уже 2 раза деньги за подписку, делала отписку, но все равно деньги списали и пришло уведомление что подписка до 08.06.2022г. не советую это приложение!!!
