Everwise Mobile Banking

Is this app ever going to work? Because it doesn’t, and if this isn’t going to be resolved I’d rather just bank elsewhere because it’s so frustrating that things worked fine prior to the app changing several times in one year. Why aren’t these things being fixed? You can’t ever deposit checks , log in, or anything, my checking acct info was even erased. I can’t access my statements. Whoever is rating this app a 5 or 4 star is clearly lying because this is garbage. 10/10 bank anywhere besides here. I will be changing. This is ridiculous already.

On my ipad… not able to flip screen. Very acward to work on the app while sitting down.

I’ve been trying to transfer money to an outside account for 3 weeks, called customer service twice and still have no resolve. My mortgage payment is on auto draft monthly from the same account with no issues, so I don’t understand. Since Everwise has acquired TCU the overall customer experience has been nothing shy of underwhelming.

Why did you screw up the view you can get on an iPad? The new one is anything but user friendly. Please fix it

I miss TCU. Ever since someone in the organization had the brilliant idea to shake things up, service and quality have suffered. I have literally had an account since before I was born, and a member about as long as I’ve been alive - almost 40 years now. But about the time everything went from warm shades of red to this tacky purple, quality suffered. It doesn’t help the branch near me closed, apparently just after the eclipse, judging by the “we will be closed for the eclipse signs” I saw still taped to the walls. Sadly, I now am a member of a run-of-the-mill credit union, instead of one that celebrates teachers as an anchor of the community. It’s sad as it removes the anchor of pride that kept me with TCU all these years. I have no real reason to stay any longer. Getting to it: this app is terrible. I keep having problems with it. Now it won’t even show me an account balance breakout and instead pops up a dialog box that tells me to call a number if the problem persists. Well, it is persisting. And I’m done with all the problems and inconviences of this just-another-run-of-the-mill-credit-union. I’m finding a new place to go that offers me what this purple monstrosity won’t.

I cannot use this app! It’s the worst! WHAT IS TCU Thinking? Agree with what others are saying! No need to repeat. This new App is NOT user friendly with iPads! The app won’t turn! All other apps do, what’s the problem here? Fix it!
