Evie Charging Reviews

Best so far

lynzbilbe on

Australia

Easy to use, easy set up, love that I can plug in and go, better than all others I’ve used

Unable to login

Protzy on

Australia

Since the new app launched I have been unable to login to my account. The support team weren’t able to help via the phone and I’ve never received a reply to emails.

Amex not accepted

milkfiend on

Australia

Difficult to take a vendor seriously when Amex isn’t an accepted payment option.

Slow to update.

Nw8800 on

Australia

This is the most frustrating charging network and app. It’s so slow to update and impossible to reserve a spot. Most other apps allow you to reserve. Joke. Don’t use these chargers u til their app becomes more user friendly.

Works

Jiveny on

Great app for the best Australian charging network

Doesn’t accept Australian Postic

Jon@Oz on

Australia

This App does not accept Australian postcodes which means you can’t register to use the Evie system. Two months since reports and still not corrected. Absolute waste of time and effort. Was going to use the new station at 4670, but registration doesn’t recognise postcodes 4670 or 4000, 2000, 2600, 3000 etc

Forced updates are awful

Aaron01234 on

Australia

Your app forced me to update before I could do anything else. That’s awful. Sure, play a reminder or whatever but let me use the app, even with whatever lower functionality the old version had, when I need to, instead of marking me waste time when it’s not convenient.

Stop pre charging!!

Sam11910 on

Australia

Take money upfront but return 3-5 business days. Dont give the bs about banks taking that long. If you even bothered then dont charge upfront

Amex Payment

schutzy_13 on

Australia

Would be great if you started to accept Amex, most of the other charging networks already do.

CarPlay

Australia

Not all of us have someone in the car to look up chargers so how about CarPlay integration to at least search for a charger on the move.
