I like the information, but any screen that requires scrolling will not scroll, and you can’t go back to the previous screen. I would love to see this fixed, as I can’t scroll down to see more information on each topic, and I have to close the app the go back.
They finally fixed the color coding in May. It only took 3 months. For that, I bumped up the star rating to 3 from 2. It took so long to fix that my trainer thought it was a new feature and not a bug, but I know a friend with an Android device where the color coding still had the red showing. However, there is still at least one bug: tapping on Visceral Fat Area in a scan to compare with past results shows Visceral Fat Level - this was an issue I noticed in Feb, but since it was smaller compared to the color issue, I didn't mention it. I find it ridiculous that their QA process doesn't catch these kind of bugs, plus there is no easy way to report bugs either, only a simple contact form (which only reveals itself when you say you don't have Facebook, as they prefer use of Facebook Messenger). I've gotten used to the new UI, but I don't think it was much better than the old. I still wish it was possible to compare data across longer periods of time, and a way to customise the charts to select the date ranges. I resorted to typing out the data and generating my own charts. Review from Feb 2024: Not sure how I feel about the new UI since I'm used to the older one. But more importantly, the latest update the app doesn't show when certain stats have gotten worse since the last scan. Everything is either green/cyan or grey, nothing is red. Losing muscle is green. Fat gain is green. I checked the old scans which I know had some reds in there but they are all showing as green. Makes it hard to tell what improved or not.
I love this app and all the information it provides, but I don’t like the color changes of the arrows. It used to be that all good changes were the teal color, the neutral changes were simply gray, and the bad changes were red. It made everything simple and straight forward. You could look at it and quickly determine what need work and what changes had happened since last scan. Now they’re all teal or simply have a line. It takes more time to figure it out and sometimes I don’t have time to click every single option and go through it. Please give me back my red arrows. If most people don’t agree can we simply add an option so that I can use them if I want?
I can’t use the app. :(((( I got a scam and can’t even look at my results because a white screen just pops up everytime. I’ve done everything to try and fix it. And it’s still not working
Can’t even register. The app kicks me out.
Crashes every time I try to register. No point in having it.

Since I downloaded it and it keeps crashing and never been able to create an account
So far,I’ve tried to install this on my OS 17 iPhone four different times and it will not let me set up an account. It just crashes. I need this for my gym assessment. I’ve removed a bunch of apps on my phone to make sure there was plenty of space. I’ve restarted multiple times and the app continues to just close without any kind of error when I hit “setup” or “register”.
