An awful app, awful information on the actual chargers. Oh, did I mention it’s awful!
If apps like this are meant to encourage people to buy electric cars, then there’s no hope for change.
Had to call the customer services to find out which app to download. Took a good 10+ minutes to sign up, and then the app is now stuck on a loading page, so who knows what the state of the charge is. It’s just dreadful!
Useless
Tried to use one of their chargers in Cambridge. Just wanted a quick charge but had to download, register etc. After all that, it wouldn’t let me register a payment method despite trying multiple cards. The support and delete account options on the app don’t work either. Absolutely hopeless, why not just use contactless like everyone else?

Comically bad
App either tells me there is no charger available, tells me I am already charging or comes up with random errors.
It is so flaky I cannot even attempt to reliably charge. What is the point in an app that quite simply does not work?
It worked once. Now cannot get hold of anyone on phone or email.
Charger sitting there all ready to work - no one can get it to authorise a charge. Simply a total waste of time.

Truly awful
Hopeless app, the very reason ev users are wary of using public chargers. Fortunately most other providers now work very easily so this company is best avoided. Impossible to get a charge at Port Isaac. No internet signal, no references on the station, remote charge from the helpline not possible. RFID card would be needed but should not have to pay for this and not an option when you don’t have one and already there.
A joke
Add contactless payment at the charging point. This app doesn’t work. This app has put me off buying an electric car after trying during a rental.
Awful app
Such a bad experience with this company I would recommended avoiding them! The chargers and app were so hard to use and added 30 minutes to my parking experience. The couple in the next bay had the same issues as me, will avoid at all costs!

App and support line
Tried to use the charger in Bude. Downloaded the App as it stated on the front due to not having an RFID card. Wasted 30 minutes getting it setup, wouldn’t start the charger. Rang the helpline, they said they didn’t think it would work without an RFID card.
Solution - asked me if there was any other chargers nearby I could go to!
Waste of time don’t bother - will delete the app
