Hi! I’ve been use this app for 2 weeks Over all is great - I workout at home so the equipment is not match some program, the point is there’s alternative for each workput but when I choose I cannot change it later. Cause if you choose dumbbell instead of barbell but turn out that’s not what you think and you can not change it back is annoying I think it is a bug. That’s all!

Would be better if we can change workout program from home workout to gym workout during program without start it all over again

There is still a bug in skip it out. The last one legged skip was somehow skipped. I also wish there are more choices of recipes such as asian food.

Tried other apps before and always got bored as it was very repetitive, but T&S are constantly changing it up, keeping it fun and making you fall in love with working out and doing it for yourself! Not only is the app amazing the community is even better, you don’t get this kind of support and variety from any other app in my personal opinion. Shout out to Krissy for doing this for us!

Love the workouts - been doing these for years! Updating my review bc they fixed the alt exercising which I use all the time since I have a home gym rack and limited equipment.

I’ve been using this app for years and loved it but UGH this new update is horrible. So upset.

I loved to love this app but the more they are and the more they updated the more annoying it gets. I barely use it now cause it’s become so inconvenient. For some reason after all recent updates, I can’t search or select any alternative exercise. I have my settings set to imperial, for some reason it comes up as metric, so it says 61.235lb instead of 135lb. Sometimes it will get stuck on saving and it won’t actually save and all the manual changes I’ve made and all the note I make get deleted. The last thing I wanna do after a long workout is spend time on my phone trying to input everything back in. So frustrating. If you’re new in the gym maybe this app is worth it but for someone that needs to be able to customize their program, I no longer recommend this.

I’ve been a subscriber since launch and while I still like the programs, the app’s functionality has declined over time. Please stop trying to add so many bells & whistles - you preach “consistency” so help us out by keeping your app consistently WORKING - you’re ruining a good thing! I get that you’re trying to attract more people with new “shiny” features and unnecessary options, but eventually you will lose those of us who are committed. The people you attracted with the extra bells and whistles will keep hopping onto the next, shinier app/influencer; there’s NO shortage of those as I’m sure you know.
