Power Exif-Guarda le foto EXIF

Non sono fin ora riuscito a trovare una applicazione che possa gestire correttamente i metadati (mi riferisco alle keyword e al titolo prevalentemente) su una cartella cloud di files dove organizzo le mie foto per poi ritrovarle sul computer. Questa app riesce a visualizzarle usando il tasto di condividi direttamente da Files, ma non a modificarle, inoltre, questa stessa visualizzazione, su ipad pro 2020, ha un bug per cui l’interfaccia non si carica correttamente, i pulsanti di annulla e torna indietro vengono nascosti e bisogna andare ad aprire l’app per vedere dove si trovano e riuscire a cliccarli. Ho buttato i soldi, non c’è, fra l’altro, una versione di prova con cui è possibile provarla prima di acquistarla.

Stay away it is a complete waste of money

I really wish it’d save the image as it’s original format… I often save them as PNG… and I don’t want quality loss when I’m sharing with friends. On the bright side, I figure people will be less likely to be able to steal the images when I post to Facebook if they are lower quality, as I typically save the high quality non-watermarked PNG uploads for Redbubble or the like. Either way, it’s an amazingly helpful app, and I do recommend. I eventually want the full suite because I would like the photo vault for keeping people out of the various images I’m working on/with. Love my IRL friends, but they have no real artistic skills, but that doesn’t stop them from wanting to offer uninvited advice. If I want art advice, I go to my art friends, or my family (I come from a family of artists across all types of mediums).

I bought this app but when I search for the photo I want to view, it’s not there but clearly in my albums more than once. I duplicate the photo again, still won’t show up. I don’t get why.

I want to edit the rotation of an image, but the app only displays the orientation tag, you cannot edit it.

I was surprised! So easy to navigate and privatized my photos beautifully. 🤩

So I have used the iOS version of the for at least a year or two and found it suited my use case decent enough so it was quite shocking too see the sorry mess under the hood the on macOS . "Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS" is quite the understatement. Completely broken UI/ Non-navegable from the start, that would begin to hang within minutes of start-up, could only ever render items from my Photoslibrary as blurry unrecognizalbe blotches, twice i witnessed the entire active window becoming a white block of text and crashing. It was embarassing.

App does not perform as advertised. No option to remove anything but location. Waste of time and money.

I find the templates to be one of the most useful features. While I give it 5 stars I would absolutely love it if they would introduce scripts or shortcuts so you could modify in just a few taps from the photo album. When Apple introduced the ability to change limited data and locations, that was helpful and long overdue. But Exif Viewer goes so far beyond that in useful ways.
