Jesus Christ calls us to live an uncommon freedom so that we might become who we truly are.
Do you want to see change in the Church and world? Rather than standing by and waiting around for things to happen, we need to begin the work of renewal in our own lives. There is no greater contribution we can make than to cultivate our own personal holiness by living a life of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving. Stepping into a more serious life of prayer and sacrifice marks an important step in becoming the change we want to see.
Exodus exists to support men like you in becoming uncommonly free to become the renewal.
Each one of us has Pharaohs we serve and Idols we worship, which stand in our way and keep us from becoming who we are.
But, as St. Paul writes in his letter to the Galatians, "For freedom Christ has set us free. Stand firm, therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery."
A Christian vision of freedom is very different from that of the world. It's not about doing whatever we want, whenever we want, with whomever we want. No, Christian freedom is for love. A free man takes up his life, and he lays it down for those he loves, as Jesus shows us on the Cross. A free man is a man for others.
Through these forty days of spiritual exercises, you will become more of who you are, a son of God who has been called forth by the Father to experience his love and to give that love to others.

Grow Your Faith
Super app to help Christian men grow in wisdom and understanding through the pillars of prayer, asceticism, and fraternity. Highly recommended for any man seeking to growth his faith or as antidote to the problems and anxieties so prevalent in today’s overly secularized world.
Amazing New Content
I’ve been following along Exodus since 2020. I’ve always loved the mission and it’s been a great help in growing in prayer, virtue and detachment distractions.
That said, over the past 1.5 years, there has really been an injection of fresh life into the contents and the app. The past Exodus had new readings and reflections and a great series on prayer.
St. Michael’s Lent is focusing on healing and rest.
I really like the direction and vision of the team and looking forward to the next seasons as they now always seem to feature updated and fresh content.
Defeats the entire point of staying off your phone
The team at Exodus 90 needs to bring the book back or at least an updated version of it.

Exodus draws me deeper into my faith life
I’m now using Exodus everyday, even after Lent, and find myself growing deeper in faith. Reflections are excellent. Thanks, Exodus!
Foolishness and Regret
Not worth it. Not only do the app not help in the new year, the price for premium ($90 USD) which I foolishly purchased thinking it would enhance the experience. is ridiculous, especially without cross-platform support. Trying to get a refund, but unfortunately I think once they have your money, it’s too late. Fool me once, shame on me, never get fooled again
App stopped working
The app won’t load and you can’t use a browser because it always forces you back to the app
This app also requires an internet connection, so instead of meditating on the Word of God I’m staring at my phone waiting for it to load
This program is supposed to help you depend less on technology, but it does exactly the opposite
Wonderful
I have found great value in the many aspects of this app. From daily mass readings, weekly fraternity meetings, the spiritual guide, list of disciplines, workouts, to the Lent addition teaching how to pray. With help from others on the app I was able to find a close fraternity and we have had a great time helping each other through this exodus.
Content great performance awful
App continually pauses video when moving to other apps. Doesn’t restart when going back. Often freezes and has to be restart.
