Jesus Christ calls us to live an uncommon freedom so that we might become who we truly are.
Do you want to see change in the Church and world? Rather than standing by and waiting around for things to happen, we need to begin the work of renewal in our own lives. There is no greater contribution we can make than to cultivate our own personal holiness by living a life of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving. Stepping into a more serious life of prayer and sacrifice marks an important step in becoming the change we want to see.
Exodus exists to support men like you in becoming uncommonly free to become the renewal.
Each one of us has Pharaohs we serve and Idols we worship, which stand in our way and keep us from becoming who we are.
But, as St. Paul writes in his letter to the Galatians, "For freedom Christ has set us free. Stand firm, therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery."
A Christian vision of freedom is very different from that of the world. It's not about doing whatever we want, whenever we want, with whomever we want. No, Christian freedom is for love. A free man takes up his life, and he lays it down for those he loves, as Jesus shows us on the Cross. A free man is a man for others.
Through these forty days of spiritual exercises, you will become more of who you are, a son of God who has been called forth by the Father to experience his love and to give that love to others.

Great experience, really makes you rethink what you are doing in your life and what you are prioritising to do each day
Exodus 90 is a huge support
Exodus 90 is an essential Lent activity for men of faith. As Moses led the Israelites to the promised land I feel that this ‘pilgrimage’ through the readings in the Book of Exodus and the daily Gospel readings help me to get through the worries of life and reach the promised land, with the grace of God. The help of your fraternity fellows is an unexpected grace as well.

Supports authentic change from the inside out
This tool is built on an authentic scriptural foundation, which through the story of Exodus, guides those on the Exodus90 programme. It integrates daily scripture, reflections drawing out the spiritual meaning and exposing interior motivations in participants, which are encouraged to bring to the Lord in prayer. This understanding of entered into with the heart create the climate for recognition of how we have been corrupted by the sins of our past and our culture, and how deeply we need the grace of God to repent, be healed and to step forward renewed in faith to be a man for others. The app features are directed at this goal, supporting prayer, ascetisms ( what we are choosing to give up tv, unneccesary phone and internet is, hot showers, sweets etc) and what we are, and the discipline of ascetic practices like prayer, fasting , nightly examen and adopting acts of service. It provides a habit tracker, and a simple mood tracker. It also supports local fraternity groups which are essential for mutual accountability and the use of an anchor or spiritual climbing buddy and provides the field guide for each week. One suggestion for improvement is that in scrolling day by day, this feature is available is available for the ascetism tracking but not for the scripture, if that were done it would make it easier to see the flow in the scripture. It’s a minor quibble. The quality of material is second to none, especially the depth of the reflections and the link to the daily readings of the church and the cross references to the catechism. Would love to see those available at the touch of a button at some stage. A marvelous app for the most necessary mission, the conversion of a mans life and will to the humble love and service of God and Neighbour.
Transformative experience
Incredibly well constructed spiritual and life balancing exercise, deeply rooted in scripture providing a well ground foundation for personal reflection, discipline and growth. I couldn’t recommend this highly enough.
Exodus changed my life
It gives you a great focus and discipline to do what needs to be none. My productivity went to another level. I let Jesus guide me and strengthen me during the 90 days. Since I finished Exodus 90 I feel so much better and driven and focused on what matters in life. You’ll not regret doing this spiritual exercise. It’s a very user friendly app too 👏
