We enjoyed our tour of Italy immensely. Our trip leader, Lucia was amazing! Our only criticism is that all of the hotels were a half an hour away from the main tourist attractions.

App not updated to reflect important change

Our trip in Norway was excellent. Conflicting information occurred between the app and the written materials delivered by the company. Upon our arrival in Oslo a last minute hotel change was not shown on the app. We were very tired from our flight, arrived at the central train station, checked the app, hoisted our backpacks, and dragged our luggage up 1 km to the hotel listed on the app. Upon arrival the clerk told us that our hotel had been changed to the hotel inside the train terminal complex. Back we walked. At the end of the trip the app still listed the wrong hotel as our last hotel. (Loved the trip.)

Peru

We went on a 10 day tour of Peru and wish it had been longer. I’ve been on many tours over the years and this was the best one of all, best value and exceptional guides.

Peru 9 night trip

The trip has certain highlights and unfortunately some of the scheduling severely takes away from the overall experience. Exoticca states that breakfast is included daily but on two days they start so early that you don’t get an actual breakfast. Machu Pichu is awesome but again the scheduling detracts from the experience. We had to wait over 4 hours for the return train and by the time we got back no restaurants were open. 4 of the 5 hotels had no climate/ heat control systems. The return connection flight in Atlanta was way too tight as we had to run to make the flight. Exoticca needs to communicate better with their customers.

Amazing trip! We would never have seen this much on our own. Our guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Very well organized and enjoyable!

Amazing Trip

This was my first trip with Exoticca. I did the 9 day trip to Egypt. It was incredible. It was beyond my expectations and so well run and organized. They took care of all the details and it was so nice to be taken care of. The hotels were gorgeous and the excursions were so well timed. Definitely a busy trip but it covered a lot. I highly recommend Exoticca and look forward to my next trip I have booked for Morocco.
