Transfers were awful and never on time. Squeezed into tiny buses sweating for 5 hours on 1 transfer. Another transfer was delayed 5 hours. We had 1 hotel that the roof leaked and dripped water into our room. Another hotel lost power 2 nights in a row and we had to pay out of our own pocket to leave and stay at our next location and had to book it ourselves because Exoticca said they couldn’t get ahold of the hotel yet I called it no problem and booked my own room. They were not helpful and didn’t seem to care. Awful company to travel with and highly don’t recommend using them for any trips. They could have picked better hotels. 1 hotel had no restaurant so we had to walk to town for every meal. I won’t be traveling with Exoticca ever again. And I won’t recommend it to any friends or family. Go with someone else. This trip was a nightmare.

We enjoyed our adventure in Kruger national park. Cape Town was beautiful. Could have spent more time. Loved our whole trip and can’t wait to book our next one.

Our 12 days in Turkey was a great trip. The arrangements were excellent . We liked all the hotels except the one in Çanakkale, the food was not good. The guide Arcan ( Arjan ) is an amazing person. He is very friendly, helpful, good listener, very knowledgeable, he has good patience, he was looking after each and every person very carefully. The driver Mr Turlu is very calm & soft spoken. He is a very good & careful driver. These two people made our trip very pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you

I enjoyed my trip, with the exception of not getting to see the Blarney! It was what I wanted to see the most! But other than that, I was pleased. They should probably try to take into account, what some people want to see and do! Especially when I paid good money for this package! The daily outline/planned day, should be a little bit more relaxed! It didn’t bother me, but over half our group were over 60-65!

Very loose flight - waste a lot of time and make us exhausted. Not clear in the app describing the itinerary and options The add on options are charged 4 times almost more than the others and the amount on the invoice were so wrong. When we ask for an explanation, the excuse is so vague and decline any action or explanation about it. Very disappointed .

Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Ireland. Quite surprised that we did not have an Irish tour guide. Thankfully, our driver Michael served as a tour guide as well! He was amazing. Hotels and breakfasts were great! Our flights there were not the best. We had a one hour layover in Montreal, which I tried to change prior to our trip. They assured us one hour would be fine, however, our flight was delayed getting in to the gate. We ended up having to literally run to catch our flight to Dublin. They were about to close the doors. Running through Montreal airport and getting off the plane was a terrible experience. Coming home our flight was also delayed. Overall exotica was great but need to work on their flight planning.

Amazing trip ! Tour guide was very informative and professional. Exotica Tours is the best company to book with, from pick up to drop off all details were taken care of. I can’t thank them enough for making this trip a memorable experience.

The flight delay was not your fault however other problems arose. I was late getting there. Difficulty with communicating with the guide. I did miss the first days tour so no rest and was very disappointed. I had 3 hours sleep in 24 hours. Nice lady but very monotoned in speaking. I did say yes to the library tour and we had to pay by the end of the day. She announced on the bus that there were not enough people to go so I did not pay her and she did not approach me. They ended up going the next day and very confusing as I missed that tour as well. Now the factory in Fatima she announced there would be no tax. I shopped and paid. Two other ladies approached me and said they were charged tax but they did not spend much so they did not care. They did not hear her other then it would be given. I looked at my bill and I was charged tax to. I was then told I would get a tax refund at the airport. I lined up at the airport but was then told I needed a stamp. That cost me $70.00 Canadian. I was not the only one who did not always get what she was saying. It was jumbled. I advised the agent that booked the trip I could not eat gluten or wheat. She said it was good I told her so she could make arrangements. Well not much for breakfast at one hotel. Did not eat all the way there or all the way home on the plane. They said they have to be advised in advance for special diet. I am 77 and my hearing is ok. In Fátima I went to mass etc. Rushed there for 6.30 no time for dinner. We had gone to beach on the way there where we could not swim before going to Fátima. Sort of a waste of time especially in the heat. This was my daughters dream trip. I lost my son recently due to a heart problems so I used my savings for this trip. For the amount I paid was very disappointed. My luggage was lost and wore the same clothes for four days. Did no sleep etc. I left my shoes and my $500.00 orthotics in a hotel. The desk in Lisbon was trying to find them for me but never heard back. I wished I could have booked an extra day before the start of the trip. Usually when I travel on my own I book extra time.

Haven’t gone for our vacation yet we go in September, but trying to get the Egyptian visa was a nightmare thank goodness friends of ours had already done it and guided me through correcting all the mistakes they made exoticca was no help for them or us. We we’re just told to call the Embassy and there’s no way to get a hold of them. They never answer the phone. Hoping our trip goes smoothly will update once Home
