My cousin has just gifted me an evolve gt carbon board BUT when i downloaded the app it is not connecting pls fix this or tell me how to fix.

App was fine latest update custom mode is impossible to set ur custom mode as dial glitches out loose top speed can’t reset board no longer goes any where near as responsive or as fast tried resetting the board and it’s just no good please fix this issue he board is just wasting away as I don’t use it I might as well walk it’s quicker now

I’ve only been using the app for about a week so maybe it’s user error but I cannot get it to save any of my long-distance rides or add them to the map. It just keeps on timing out and it’s really frustrating and like this is there to enhance how fun it is to be riding these boards? It’s a great concept but just frustrating when it’s not working correctly. I’ve done at least 56 rides that have not logged on the map yet a couple little test rides did logged on the map that were under the 2K radius that you could use anyway seems really really weird.

Don’t waste your money with these guys you are better off buying a cheap Chinese thing for half the price you’ll get the same quality for less of the price that goes 20 times faster and last 100% longer. These guys are fraud and their customer service is absolutely trash.

Every time I open the app and connect to my board to set custom speed…my board disconnects with the remote control and I have to reset the remote control with the board with zero success…really frustrating, so after many many tries I decided to not even consider this app! I would not expect this from evolve app as a evolve supporter for over 7 years!!!! Unfortunately you have the best boards but the worst app based on my experience. Love you guys ❤️

Trying to customise the settings for acceleration and braking. The apps keep telling me to turn off the board then turn on again and reconnect to apply the settings. Doesn’t work.

The boards are excellent but the app is very buggy. So many rides haven’t saved it’s frustrating. I’d say 2 rides out of every 5 aren’t saving after doing the exact same process each time. I’ve learnt to track on my Garmin now so I don’t lose some of them.

I finish a ride, hit stop, then 3 hours later get a notification I am still tracking a ride. The ride doesn’t save in history.

Multiple rides are not saved despite selecting done on each ride. Random message telling me I’m still in a ride 3 hours later but no ability to successfully close out the ride. Devs need to spend some time in the app. Alternatively Strava would be better for tracking rides.

I love the app and the ride tracking features but the only issue I have is it successfully saves some rides and not others! Would love to be able to recover the lost rides as there was some really good ones in there
