Expo 2020 Dubai

Spent more then 2 hrs trying to buy premium tickets, all forms of payments failed miserably except of applePay, finally managed to buy 4 ‘premium’ experience tickets but the app failed to link them to my account. Staff at the expo grounds mentioned the system is down for 3 days already. Mobile app won’t let save favorites. No instructions on how to use your premium tickets benefits. Avoid buying them as value for money is not there. Just regular day ticket would give you almost same benefits

I recently upgraded my October pass to season pass and since then I have not been able to add it to my apple wallet

The app was very useful and handy, till expo closed and we lost all the app stamps

When ever I want to open the app it kicks me out

I don’t understand why can’t I use this app cause of jailbreak It’s not an bank account that you cannot open with jailbreak it’s just an app which contains apps and you can use smart queue and it’s ain’t like I am going to hack your app or just shutdown the app that is only possible with a computer not with just jailbreak and because of that I unjailed my device but even after the app still shows that error system integrity failed I get that some of the jailbreak files remain but why go so extreme and then I updated my device but still the same error now what should I buy a new device?

This app is very bad. Really disappointing. When are they going to have it fixed and running properly? Once the expo is finished? Don’t waste your time with the app just walk around the expo and enjoy your time this app has no use and it will keep you frustrated.
