Form over function
The app looks pretty, but is completely useless. The map is very difficult to navigate, much easier to use Google maps. - the favourited pavilions should be made more prominent in the app, or a way to only show my favourited ones. - automated route creation to show me the most efficient way to visit all my favourited pavilions. - there should be a way to “find nearest toilet/water fountain” or “nearest restaurant selling burgers” or “water fountain closest to pavilion X” - show wait times for pavilion or a Google style “busier than usual” - “call a buggy” to my location - pavilion rating system - automatically show the tickets or appropriate Smart Queue codes when the phone detects its near the entrance or a pavilion (BLE, GPS make this very easy). … such a missed opportunity.
