I can no longer use the app as the login screen doesn’t support passkeys in myGov. Please add support!
Useless
App crashes on password reset
iOS requirement update
Due to the new update app MyGovId now IDGov that needs to be connected, I no longer have access to Medicare App. My iPhone 6 max iOS 12.5.7 & advised to get a new iPhone which I cannot afford, but need with my hearing aids. Have only hearing aid, email, text & phone apps. 😳
Can't log it
Won't let me log in because my medicare account "isn't connected to mygov", which it definitely is
Cannot signin
Does not support passkey signin and forces mygov generator which is now not available. Locked out of using Medicare.
Zero integration with Apple
If you’re trying to log into with your password off the Apple password wallet it won’t permit it to be inputted into the field. It’s a 101 failure.
Hopeless app
Every time I try to log in with the correct details, it says the details are incorrect. So I change my password and try again and it still says it is wrong. The Medicare card details used to be in the “offline” items but are no longer there so have to carry card again to give details for services. Card details should be accessible offline.
Out of date
The new login procedure for everything linked to myGov is the myID. However the current version (12/12/24) of the Medicare app doesn’t have any support for myID login and it asks you to login using email and password. This however doesn’t work and it gives an error message when you try to login using email and password even when you enter them both correctly. Currently the myID platform also RECOMMENDS turning off the ability to login to any linked service using email/password as it’s less secure than using the login process with myID instead. App is unusable at this time but luckily I can access Medicare online through myGov. Please update
Not functional
Requires that I upload a document to submit a claim. Doesn’t open files when I select “upload a document”
