Express Scripts

I should NOT have to wait to fill my inhalers. I should be able to pick them up from my local pharmacy. ESPECIALLY if I have to wait two weeks for life saving medication. I should not be forced to used this service. Do not call or attempt to contact me, I said what I said. Fill my script and ship asap.

Just go to your local pharmacy it will save you a headache. Trust me on this.

Express scripts operating system and app is very flawed and often creates problems from new prescription requests to simple refills. There is a problem or delay about 7-10 times a year and their customer service is incompetent. You have to call back several times to fix errors caused by express scripts employees and the app. The app is not user friendly and there isn’t even a clear and concise way of seeing your orders and fills. Very confusing

Several times I have switched some of my meds over to my local pharmacy because it is free from my local pharmacy. It is not free from Express Scripts. Yet I go back later online and Express Scripts wants me to get this particular med from them. So I have to cancel it on the Express Scripts website again. I wish you could allow me to check an option box for my local pharmacy for each of my meds.

App will not let me stop automatic refills. I just keep getting an error message. This app rarely works as it should.

Express Scripts has been awesome when it comes to refill on my prescriptions. And you can’t beat the price..

10 days to expedite medication that you know I’m running out is unacceptable

An example is their automatic refill sub routine, which asks for your consent and when you give it, it does not clear the request. This makes you wonder if you did not respond correctly or the app is not updating correctly. Troubling.

Express Scripts is the easiest and fastest prescription refill service I have ever used. Great customer service and reliable deliveries.

I do not like the changes that have been made recently. I liked the fact that I could just look at one screen on my phone and it listed all my my medication‘s in the format that I could see all of them at once, but now I have to press on each one do the consent, I don’t I don’t like the format that they have now. I can’t see all the medication’s at once and it’s confusing when there are more than one message for the medication. I ended up having to call Express Scripts. The representative I got was Lala and she was great.
