ExpressPay is the most reliable payment app I’ve used in Ghana. Great customer support.

One of a kind app for a successful transaction. And their customer service is accurate and prompt to resolve any problem you encounter.

I have been using ExpressPay for over 5 years. It is the most convenient payment app and has always saved me. I prefer using ExpressPay to my bank’s app. However, I recently made a payment to a wrong number. Although the customer service rep was quick to assist and send a reversal request to MTN, it took quite a while for me to receive the funds (which was more than the max 15 days promised). I had to call to ask the status of the reversal before it was seen that my reversal had been completed by MTN and my ExpressPay account had to either be credited or I should have been alerted. All the same I would always recommend ExpressPay and their 24hour customer service is the best.

I won’t attempt any transfer without this app. It’s the best fintech app so far and I haven’t looked back since coming onboard. 24/7 customer service is something you would enjoy.
