They say “platform fee” then they give a bad rate. They do not give the actual going rate.

The app crashes any time the profile menu is selected thereby rendering one not able to make any changes to the account settings. What’s the point of the app then? Also can’t change subscriptions without the app crashing. Sort out these stuff before your app is rendered useless!

Took money from my debit card visa without permission

Used the app everything was nice then tried the money transfer service. That's where it all went downhill and I was ripped off - money was debited from my account without my authorisation or transaction made, days after using their bank direct service. Very very bad customer service, they really deserve an award for the worst customer service app. Any time you call the customer service line you are put on hold and cut off moments later each time being charged for the call. As for emails forget it. Call back from their app forget it. Weeks on still have not got my money back and I am still in the process trying to retrieve my money.

I've been using this app very often for close to 3 years now and it's awesome and very convenient, deserving a 5 star rating. Only downside is whenever I have a challenge and send a request to be contacted by customer service or directly reach out to customer service, I don't find them helpful at all. No sense of urgency or ability to manage expectations effectively :(
