Paid for cloud storage for a new year for 3 cameras but the app keeps showing the cloud storage has expired! Reached out to the online service in the app but it is of no use. The robot just keeps asking me to leave a message.

I used almost 6 years without any problems.
Recently bought 2 C80Q Pro with type C port , totally cannot bind . The old C80Q Pro with micro port doesn’t have this issue.
There is a bug within the app setting since a few years ago until now. After on the alarm for an unlimited period of time, it would turn off itself again after a few days. Go into the alarm setting again, it shows “limitations reached”, after taken away the time limitation, and change to unlimited period of time again, a few days later it would turn itself off again and so on.
The camera doesnt support 5G wifi. Hence, I wasted to invest this camera for my house. I need to buy new camera that support 5G wifi.
