Good but could be better
Needs the ability to be able to delete multiple messages/alarm notifications rather than one a a time, as this is very time consuming and “clunky”.
Privacy issues
Someone invaded my house by controlling my camera and looking around. I no longer trust this product nor this developer and wouldn’t recommend installing it in your house.
App stopped working
I have been using their cameras and this app for years and only experienced minor issues. However the app has now completely stopped working so that it stuck on the log on screen. Even doesn’t let me to type in my credentials so can’t pass on the log on screen. No updates or patch made available to fix the issue.
Up cameras
Very easy to set up and operate Would be a good idea to have a choice to delete alarm videos in one action rather than only one alarm video at any time. But over all very happy with results so far
App wont connect to camera.
A bit pointless having a 4g camera that is constantly loading but can never connect so can’t change any camera settings, can’t live view, can’t even connect to do a fware update the app says is needed!!

Man, this is a fantastic little product with a heap of great features, such as zone selection and human only alarms. Brilliant!
Excellent
I have only just got this camera but I am finding it easy to set up and it is perfect at guarding my room
Useless app
No point in using the app when it can’t even load the camera’s video. I have checked everything possible - 2.4 wifi, connected via Ethernet, unique IP, reboots, resets, leaving it be for months and trying again ensuring all firmware and app versions up to date. Disappointing. Worked for the first 2 weeks.
Keeps crashing
It crashes every few minutes. This only happens in iOS. Please fix.
