Used to work fine but it’s been a year that I don’t get push notifications and no one seems to care to fix it. No updates over 2 years
no notifications
when the alarm is triggered , no alarm sound on the phone goes off…only emails i receive
wifi not working
i followed everything to the letter but can’t connext via wifi. garbage product!
Problem with monthly subscription !!!
I paid 5.49€ and the camera was not recording anything!!! I have my parents with serious mental health problems and I have to stay awake all night to protect them !!! Also, In your site there was not an email to contact with!!! Why?????? I am waiting for a responsible answer please!

I pay for the monthly subscription and it’s not working !! You charge me 5.49 euros and it’s not working!! Why ?? And why you don’t have a contact mail ?? Where is your support for the App ?? Am waiting for your answer!!
Problem with connection
With the finally update i cant connect to live video

After the last update when I try to open the full screen the app close
Problem with 5.3.9
I downloaded the latest versio 5.3.9. When i open the app the application reloads and still cannot open the cam. I had no problem with 9.3.8. ( I have latest IOS on my iphone X)
No Alarm notifications
For some reason I am not notified when there is traffic! I reinstalled the application but the problem persists!
