Poor product
Followed to manual exactly trying all suggested methods still could not get this product to work camera continued to say offline whenever I tried to connect manual wad also filled with inaccurate schematics and diagrams.
App won’t connect to wifi
All devices (doorbell)set up as per instructions but won’t find my wifi
Loose all cameras
When you upgrade to latest version you will loose your cameras, logging back in to your account will not restore the cameras. This is very bad because I now have gone back overseas to where I live and my holiday home I can no longer monitor from one of my devices. You have to be connected to the Local network, to attach the cameras again, this is horrible for me and anyone who is in the same position as me. Don't upgrade what ever you do unless you are local to your cameras
无语了，升级完系统版本就不能登陆了
弹出一个提示说我的帐号在另一个手机登陆了，在这边登陆会导致那边下线。好吧就当作我升级系统前的手机是另一台手机，那起码让我可以在这边登陆把那边点下线吧？？？
