Server or Apps Error?

Is EyeCloud server currently having an issue? I have 2 units of IP camera at 2 different location using 2 different routers but both having the same problem whereby cannot connect to my IP camera for viewing. It showing “Building an encrypted channel…OFFLINE”. Please Help!!

iCloud storage not functioning

Recently added 2 new unit however the iCloud storage can’t be activated. The existing ones work just fine

Why suddenly the alarm motion detection no functioning? Pls help n fix it

Took quite some time to connect

Once turn on the power, it takes more than a minute to connect to the internet. Not friendly at all.

When connect to the WiFi no problem, but if using mobile data the apps will auto close.

弹出一个提示说我的帐号在另一个手机登陆了，在这边登陆会导致那边下线。好吧就当作我升级系统前的手机是另一台手机，那起码让我可以在这边登陆把那边点下线吧？？？
