EZ-Link: Transact, Be Rewarded

I use this app on an iPhone 14 , and Lately once the payment is made , the start scanning option where it used to recharge the card is simply not working . It’s so frustrating, that I can’t recharge the card at comfort of home and may have to go to a metro station every time whereas I only use buses .

The app is overall easy to navigate and user friendly. My issue is with the non acceptance of out of Singapore credit cards for recharge. Even the kiosks at MRT stations don’t accept international credit cards. So, the options are to either go to Seven Eleven stores (they charge 60 cents per 10 SGD recharge) or use cash at kiosk only available at MRT stations. Such kiosk at bus stations would also help a lot

It is not letting me login also Earlier it was not letting me top up. Payment methods were not loading. A paid app which has so much of impact on our lives is not working.

I cant top up using Paynow nor I am able to top up using debit card

It will be good if you guys provide transaction details(which station to which station, bus stop numbers) on-click of transaction list page. It will help people to track. Also integrate nearest stops and arrival timings to make the app more convenient instead of restricting usage to just check the balance and topup.

Topped up through the app and through Paylah! Do something bout your app! $50 is alot! It has not been refunded.. and i cant even topped up my ezlink card

Good app

The app has issues linking with UOB for card payment. It’s truly annoying that it eventually worked for me to make payment for two times and failed again while I needed another top up at the gantry. How is it all other shopping apps have no issues with payment gateway but this is our nation’s transportation system and it’s so buggy ?
