Upon set up pp says it will send me a confirmation code. Have checked my phone, inbox and junk mail, but nothing. If I try again, it says my number is already registered. Try to login, but account is locked. Try “forgot password”, it says it will send a confirmation code but doesn’t. Useless.

Cannot top up EZ-Link card
I am getting error 16 when trying to top up other EZ-Link card. Already 2 days I keep trying with no luck. Very disappointing.

Ease of convenience, but more to improve
This application has brought good convenience however, the interface can be better improve in its reliability and functionality.
For example, the reader cannot show the remaining balance for the EZ-Link holder. Not every old folks are tech savvy to use the application to track their balances. For example, include languages such as Chinese.
The refund claim option does not seem to be working. It is unfair for users to be charge extra and not be able to lodge a complain.
Understand that we are moving forward to digitalise, however please solve the reliability of this application first. Hear more feedback from the ground before implementing these systems.
Top-up of my EZ-link Concession
I had been experiencing lots of issues with the EZ-link up since trying to update & manage add new bank card since last week. Have called up EZ-link hotline & my bank to troubleshoot my top-up issues.
I had deleted & restored both EZ-link & mobile bank apps but still unable to resolve the issue. As of now, I have emailed & sent screenshots to EZlink & Bank. EZ-link says this might take 2-3 days to resolve.
After being sent on a roller coaster ride, I have decided to download the SIMPLYGO App & try the top-up process.
So here is the solution:
I did not try this earlier because your customer service officer had mentioned that it doesn’t matter whether you are using the EZ-llink or SimplyGo App cos you are in the midst of a merger. Both will work just as well.
Having been told it could be due to the IOS update issue, a manual digital token not deleted etc. etc.
The problem lies with the EZ-link App.
This has caused much inconvenience to me as a result of time wasted trying to settle this issue. This is my feedback in case you encounter future difficulties from other customers. Your customers would prefer a more immediate solution to their problems instead of having to self diagnose.
Balance reminder
It will be good if there is a reminder when then balance become lower than the entry requirement. E.g $3
Lousy and sad app. Hopelessly Illogical.
Add an EZ LINK card and the value somehow remains the same forever..... Even when you top up (I used EZLINK app to top up because SimplyGo was going nowhere) AND then I scanned the card using this app for details. Within this app, the same card shows 2 different values. Hopeless. I thought EZLINK app was bad. This is far worse. Conversely, the NETS app while still weak is so much better ans logical.
