中華民國政府是不能找個真正有能力的開發商嗎？什麼新的軟體都不先完全測試好就上線，然後又強迫人民用。身份證照片上傳不了。這軟體不是就是要看證件然後證件照片確上傳不了....是怎樣測試的啊？
