EZView - Video Surveillance

I am disappointed with the UNV CCTV cameras I purchased. The image quality is consistently poor, with blurry footage that makes identification difficult. Even worse, the cameras perform terribly during rainy days. I hope UNV addresses these issues promptly.

i am using iphone 12 and there’s no videos on playback, just on my phone. my family members can see video playbacks

Good app We need to add an option to send videos through whats app

Can even get on the app at all it kick me out before the screen slower then watching paint dry after putting 3 coat on the same spot

Often difficult to view on playback. Tends to load slow at times. PTZ movement unbearably slow.

I set the motion sensor grid and it still notifies me for things happening out the grid .

Useless for monitoring your property. VERY S-L-O-W to move your PTZ camera. I have very fast fiber optic Internet. Even when using the app in the same location as the NVR it’s torturously slow to move the camera. You can turn off the auto-shuts down requiring intervention to get it going again. Trying to control PTZ cameras is a nightmare. You send a request to move the camera and nothing happens for 20 to 30 seconds. Extremely frustrated. Pure torture to use. I had a better user experience using analog security systems in the 1980s.

Horrible ap ! Not user friendly at all ! Can’t stream zoom is very jerky and can’t review cam footage easily . Is there a different ap fo this camera system ?

This might be the worst app ever made. It doesn’t work 80% of the time, it constantly removes my cameras and I have to set them up manually, and it crashes all the time. I recently got a new phone and trying to log in is insanely difficult. I need to reset my password. It says it sends an email to my account and I have 60 seconds to enter my code. Problem is, it doesn’t send an email (nothing in spam either). Fix your app, too many bugs for no reason!!!!

It would be nice if the iOS notifications specified which device is giving the alert. The next level up would be to make a picture available directly from the notification or other similar solution.
