Since updating the app can take 3 or 4 attempts to open. Also playback isn’t in sync with live time. Keeps losing an hour. Doesn’t matter how many times I sync the time, playback is the right time till I re enter the app and there’s an hours lost again

App never opens on first, second and third attempt. Have to close it down completely and retry Never used to be this bad, please sort the app out so it’s works how it should

I’ve had other cctv in the past and the app have been brilliant . I’ve had new cameras and this app is terrible.

As the title says, this app is total dog toffee. All set up correctly and proved working However Won’t load up most of the time Always buffering Playback never works System time incorrect (and won’t update regardless of what I do) Reading the positive reviews, I feel they are planted by the app developers!! Does everything it should. I can’t understand the negative reviews, I can only assume they have connection issues or technology issues themselves? I installed my own cameras. Run two different sites from it. Only issue I have is the App times out so can’t use it to monitor all the time remotely but that could be my settings

This app NEVER WORKS!! I have had my cameras for about 3 months and for some reason they have been frozen on the app since a few days after i got them. This is obviously not very good for security as it will not connect. I have tried everything to get them to work again but nothing seems to be happening.

Can’t keep panning through cameras have to go back and forth. Takes ages to open tapping app icon 20 plus times if not more. Need an alternative to this.

It was working fine & in English - The app all of a sudden has turned itself into Chinese - how the hell do I put this back to English - I did nothing to change it to Chinese - what have done to the App - fix it!!!!

Possibly after recent updates LOCAL IP view has stopped working. When trying to add front scratch unexpected error. Only cloud works.

Although this app was working reasonably well on my iOS tablet and iPhone, now after the last update, I no longer get an audible sound when a notification is received, which means I am totally unaware of any movement in the camera active zones. This just about makes notifications useless, apart from scrolling through them later to check what the movement was. Not happy, as security is now compromised!
