I made the decision to purchase Ezviz based on the Consumer testing, report and recommendation. They were easy to install and connect to my WiFi, I purchased the solar panel for each unit and highly recommend doing this as I never need to take them down to charge them. The app interface is easy to use, there is plenty of storage space on the internal space so I didn’t need to purchase the cloud storage. Images are clear and I’m happy the only improvement could be a wider field with with the camera. Affordable and no hesitation in recommending them.

Very poor performing security system. Cameras constantly go offline and need to be restarted to get going again. They also often fail to initialise and recognise any micro SDs so they often don’t actually save anything. And yes, I am using high capacity and high quality SD cards. Rubbish system and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Can I set always live view without interruption for more then hour without clicking any buttons. Or how I can change that time

I’ve used a few different Camera and found the LC3 is so far the most reliable.

So many issues it’s not funny ! Don’t waste your money if you don’t like headaches !

Could not get the model I wanted so got the c6, instead of the c6w which I already have only to find the interface for notifications was different and the manual is for the wrong interface. Just want to set an alarm schedule, but it does not seem to do this. Sent 7 emails asking how to set it up and keep getting told to reset the device. But my question is how to use the interface. And what is a “device reminder plan” vs notification setting. Reset user maybe as I don’t get it.

Battery’s last around 6 months depending on how you set them up. Easy to set up. Very good system. Replaced my Arlo system with this system and never looked back.

There are some connection issues with the cameras, the App layout is a bit confusing, lack of some features.

The link for App Support takes you to a page with a few FAQs and a pdf of the camera manual. There’s no way to actually contact support and ask for help. The “soft” alarm notification sound is jarringly loud, even when the phone volume is almost at zero, and the only other option is to mute it. I can find no other way to request support for this issue other than posting this review.

I’ve used several EZVIZ cams including an outdoor model and never had any issue with them. The software has evolved nicely. I do think it’s important to keep assuring customers that security and privacy is a foremost EZVIZ concern. These devices have the ability to spy on us so it’s imperative that the technology is kept up to date to prevent misuse.
