Ohjelma on alkanut herjata että se tulisi päivittää. Ohjelma valittaa ettei se saa yhteyttä serveriin. Näin ollen se ei nää tilauksen voimassaoloa. App storessa kuitenkin tilaus näkyy aktiivisena. Koitin luoda my-fsecuren kautta uuden tilin ja liittää ohjelman siihen päivitystä varten. Mutta ohjelma sanoo ettei sillä tilillä ole käyttöoikeutta kyseiseen ohjelmaan. No ei varmaan kun sitä ei enää pysty siihen tilaamaan. Aivan älytöntä roskaa aina nämä f-securen käyttöoikeus systeemit. Kymmeniä vuosia itse toiminut ohjelmistojen tuotekehityksessä. Silti näiden kanssa ei pärjää. Jahka saan sadat salasanat siirrettyä niin on näköjään pakko vaihtaa sovellusta. Tästä sovelluksestahan salasanoja ei saa siirrettyä kun manuaalisesti. Ohjelma itsessään on hyvä. Mutta ahne lisenssi systeemi on täyttä kuraa.

Mobile apps works fluently - on desktop not so well

Password apps are playing important role. So they should work after every update! App itself works fluently in iPhone & iPad.+++ On Mac & Pc usage is bit cumbersome time to time. Browser integration doesn’t work always but reason could be the complexity of different websites. You should consider to use Mac’s fingerprint sensor to enter main password. Then the pain point is pricing. As a former KEY user I used to pay 16-25€/year subscription. I can think that 3-4€/month is worth to pay. You added that unnecessary “Monitoring” feature … 60-70€/year is simply far too much.

Total päivityksen jälkeen luurissa toimii vain vanhentunut F-Sec Key sovellus. ID Protection kaatuu heti käynnistyksessä.

Whole app crashed

Contacted to support (f-secure) and they claimed that apple update destroyed the login information. This is not correct, login dissappeared with app update (1 week ago) apple has not been updated for a month. Really disaster, trust on F-secure dissappeared totally!!!! Dont use!!!

Sovellus kaatuu - salasanoihin ei pääse

iPhone 14 Pro ja uusin iOS. Sovellusta aukaistaessa ja FaceID:tä käytettäessä sovellus kaatuu eikä sitä saa auki. Salasanoihin ei pääse käsiksi, joka on oikeastaan aika vakavaa. Sovelluksen sulkeminen taustalla ei auta, eikä puhelimen uudelleen käynnistys. Apua!

I lost all my passwords

There was a bug in iOs version of ID Protection on the 24.03.2023. I deleted and re-installed the app which caused me loosing all my passwords as I cannot access to the app any longer. Note: the master password is not lost. Thank you F-Secure!
