I got this as I was searching for an app that would alert on my watch when I’m about to forget my phone somewhere. Well, it does not do it even though it claims so. Or if it does, it is too difficult to configure. For me it just shows the distance and allows manually ”screaming”. Also, I feel uneasy when it wants to copy my contacts their cloud service, or when it wants to update my location into their service. In this day and age I assume the worst. They too can be hacked or maybe they sell the company and the new owner sells the data to the highest bidder. It is best to not let that data spread too much. Think yourself, do not trust any sales pitches.

The app continually becomes disabled for no reason. Am considering deleting the app

On my android it shows all three of my devices on my iPhone. It shows I have only one. To find your phone you have to log into the website and that is even worse than the app.

A great app! A bit confusing when it comes to renewing your subscription but their support is pretty awesome.

Very reliable app, does a very good job. And they have a very friendly knowledgeable staff that will work with you to answer questions and to straighten out any problems that you may have.

I give this app 5 stars. It immediately informed me of the AT&T data breach and directed my to put a fraud alert on my credit files. I contacted Experian immediately and added a fraud alert to my accounts. Thank you Lookout Life!

Great app keeps me safe like for real , it alerts me when I click on bad phishing attempts

The fact that this app asked for social security, billing address, and other things you should never give an app is extremely sketchy. This app needs to be taken off the App Store. I mean come onnn. Scanning my ID!? How dumb do you think we are. So sad some people are paying to get scammed!
