Unhelpful, misleading support.
I use lookout on two of my iPhones. When one of them was stolen, the app never sent me the theft alert it would otherwise send all the time when battery would get drained. When I complained, the support told me that the account never existed. Its been over two weeks. I have shared all the details. The support refuses to help. They are giving misleading excuses. This is when I am paying for this app all these months.
Pathetic now
Used to be a great app but has been now spooky beyond repair, it seems. Just refuses to load after you click on it and refuses to work in background. Had become pathetic. I wish I had not renewed in October. Money down the drain,
