F45 Training Glofox

I’m sorry to leave a bad review, I’ve tried using this app a million times but it won’t let me log in…. Extreme frustrating. I’ve managed to log in on the website to book classes, I’ve reinstalled the app several times and tried to reset my password but to no success. No email even gets to me. I’ve given up !

Great app, easy to use, love that you can sync to your calendar and add any bookings directly to your calendar without any manual inputting required.

This app is straight forward. It provides all the info I need to book classes and manage my acct. And when I wanted to contact the studio directl (using the contact info listed in the app), they have replied to my email and answered the phone when I’ve called...that’s rare.

Put a feedback option inside the app. - this will encourage more people to give input. The app sending emails is great when booking an appointment. The email should specify with day of the week and not just the numerical date. Also when signing up, the terms and conditions were undefined. There is no background of recommendation or rules for signing up. Clarity should be given on what to bring to your first day of F45, show requirements, any stretching or diet recommendations. I didn’t see of this. Would make for a better client experience. I like the feature of being able to send a booked class to my calendar. Lots of great features

The ‘Add to calendar’ function isn’t working on version 8.2.4 iPhone 6sPlus iOS 13.1.2 Don’t appear to be able to cancel a booked class. Feature: would be nice to be able to message the owner/trainor from within the app. You should think about combining all three apps, Booking/Challange/Life into a single app. Thanks W.

Can’t see my appointments

Not nearly as user friendly as the original F45 app. Can’t see my booked classes can’t see waitlists or # on the waitlist. Very inconvenient trying to plan if your going to attend a class when nothing is visible. I prefer the old app way more then this one

The password doesn’t reset. Cannot login into my account where I saved my payment info 😨

The app just logs out by itself randomly, and for no clear reason and it does that frequently , very bad development of an application

The app even cannot locate my city. You can just watch a YouTube video for workout. There is no point to use the app here.
