The new F5 Access iOS application from F5 Networks secures and accelerates mobile device access to enterprise networks and applications using VPN and optimization technologies. Secure VPN access is provided as part of an enterprise deployment of F5 BIG-IP® Access Policy Manager™ (APM).

iOS16への対応は？

iOS16へアップデート後、セッションの接続に失敗し開始出来ません。早急な対応お願いします。

iPad air4で接続失敗

iPhone12promaxでは同じ設定で難なくセッションが開始されるのにiPad Air4で iOS14の途中のバージョンからセッション失敗となりに接続出来なくなりました。

iOS15パブリックプレビュー2にて接続不可

プレビュー版なので評価は無効だと思いますが、早急な対応を期待します。

マニュアルが不親切

iOS12系で証明書が見えないのは、iPad本体の証明書がアプリから見られなくなったからで、メールに証明書を添付して、証明書長押しで共有メニューからF5 Accessを選べば大丈夫らしい。マニュアル（英語だけど）にもこのやり方は書いてあった。 iOS12.4ではこの方法で証明書が選べたが、iPadOS13.4では、「サポートされていないコンテントタイプのためインポートできません」というメッセージが出て手詰まりに。ダメ元でファイルに保存して、ダウンロードフォルダで証明書を長押しして共有したらインストールできた。証明書が認識されないと書いている人が多いが、マニュアルをもう少し親切に書けないものか。家電レベルの何となく感覚でできる域を超えているのでは。

タイムアウト後の接続不良

VPNが既定のタイムアウトで自動切断されると、4gデータ通信が一緒に切れてしまう。アンテナは立っている様に見えるがメールもネットも使えなくなる。

アプデで設定初期化

更新したら設定初期化されたので改善を早くして欲しい

使い難い。

iOS12対応にアップデートしてから毎回パスワードを要求されます。パスワード保存のオプションが意味をなしていません。非常に使い難いです。

Not recognize the certificate

Even with Ver.3.0.3, it is not possible to recognize certificates installed in Web logon mode from F5Access. I updated the version of BIG-IP, but because it can not be solved, is not the location of the certificate that F5Access itself refers to at iOS 12 is not visible?

ios12.0.1で証明書が見えません

ios12.0.0では接続先設定 - 証明書の使用をオンにすると問題なく証明書が見えましたが、ios12.0.1ではそれが見えず、先日のアップデートでも解決されていません。早急な解決を希望します。
