IOS14 업데이트 이후 작동이 잘 안되요
IOS14 업데이트 이후 처음엔 작동 잘 되나 다른 어플 사용 후 아님 시간이 좀 지난 후 vpn 작동 중에는 인터넷 연결도 안되고 어플 제대로 작동 안되요 로그아웃했다가 다시 로그인해야 작동되고 이 증상 계속 반복 되요 확인하시고 업데이트 다시 부탁 드려요 불편해요

The new F5 Access iOS application from F5 Networks secures and accelerates mobile device access to enterprise networks and applications using VPN and optimization technologies. Secure VPN access is provided as part of an enterprise deployment of F5 BIG-IP® Access Policy Manager™ (APM).
F5 Access for iOS™, version 3.0.10, features:
- Secure mobile access when used with BIG-IP® Access Policy Manager.
- Automatic roaming between networks, enabling users to stay securely connected while on the go.
- Full Layer 3 network access to all appropriate enterprise applications and files.
- Support for iOS per-app VPN.
- Web logon protocol support.
- Multi-factor authentication.
- Custom URL scheme support for creating F5 Access Client configurations.
- Custom URL scheme support for starting and stopping F5 Access Client.
- Administrator enforced device lock settings.
- Jailbroken device detection.
- Biometric and Device Authentication for re-use of cached credentials.
- Managed configuration mode for disabling of user edits to connection configurations after user’s IT admin has setup the initial configurations.

조선대학교 교내 와이파이를 접속하려면 f5 access를 통해 접속해야합니다. 그러나 f5 access 접속시 ‘서버에서 유효하지 않은 인증서 또는 만료된 인증서를 제시했습니다.’ 경고창이 뜨며 접속 자체가 안됩니다. 이 문제는 ios12 버전으로 업데이트 하면서 부터 지속되어 왔습니다. 조속히 해당 문제를 해결해주세요.
