Great App!!

Love this app! It’s has great graphics and is a bit more social and easier to manage than Goodreads. I wish it was a bit easier to change dates that you have read and if you have re-read a book. You can do it if you go into settings but there should be a simpler/faster way. It’s free which is awesome! And I love the book clubs. It is a great way to chat with like minded book lovers and compare thoughts on a book. Definitely recommend this app to everyone!

Love this series!

Freida McFadden has quickly become a favourite! She takes you on turns that make you think you have everything figured out and then … you don’t. Loved all 3 of the housemaid serie!

Very glitchy

I don’t know if it’s bogged down with everyone being on it day one of the new year. But it’s very glitchy and crashing

This is hands down the best app to keep track of books you read, want to read, etc. love this way more than Goodreads and I love how interactive it is and the clubs you can join.

The best reading app

I’ve been trying to get away from Good reads from ages and I tried so many apps. I searched the App Store for reading tracker, I don’t know how this never came up. I got an ad for it on Instagram one day and I thought it sounded exactly like what I’ve been looking for, I was right. It lets you go down as fast as 1/4 stars, there are book clubs, the UI is SO much cleaner and modern, and it has a much better social aspect. I love the tags as well on books so you get a quick overview of books like ‘smut-free’ for example, and the 2024 wrapped was so much better and more creative than Goodreads’. I’ve become a monthly supporter now to help keep this app afloat and keep growing ❤️

This app is amazing, hello???

Some flaws but still awesome!

It would be better if we could edit our streaks calendar (sometimes errors are made) and some books are listed way too many times.

Good! But Could Be Better…

I’ve used the “other” book app for years and it has its issues. I decided to try Fable. I really like it. It’s built more for the readers and less about selling books. The only thing I dislike about Fable is it doesn’t have all the books I’m reading on it. While it does have a form you can submit for what books are missing from their system, it hardly seems to make a difference if you submit the info. They hardly get added. Makes things difficult to get an accurate number of books read. If there was a feature for me to just add the missing books myself I would do it.

As reality as it gets

I started this book last year and I just finished it now. Perhaps the long hiatus is what made me think that this was not my go to read book. The friendship with Wonna and the four girls were rushed. But, I still liked it now that Wonna though it was not indicated clearly that she and her husband had divorced, I am happy that she has these four girls whom she can share news about her baby. I like how the four girls were different in their own way. And they rely a lot on each other a lot more than they realized. They’re not your typical kind of friendships. No rainbows, unicorns, and happily ever after. Just four girls/women trying to get by day by day with their own way of living. Not every life is all glitters, happiness, and light by the end of the tunnel. You can walk to the tunnel in darkness forever but the thought of reaching a light by the end of this darkness is something to hold on to and to look forward to. To push you to think that life can get better. But, that is not the case for everyone. Some lives were cut off and will be forever stuck in darkness and will be completely ignored and forgotten. This is closest thing to a reality and the precarious of every life living in every corner of this world.
