Fabletics is so great for beautiful, functional basics. I have no issues with the products offered, but the app itself is infuriating! Constant pop ups of videos make it impossible to actually browse and add anything to your basket. The chat option also kept popping up which was frustrating. Like I said, fabletics is great but the app is a bit difficult. Maybe it’s just me.

This app is so incredibly slow despite checking I have the most updated version etc. When it does eventually load I seem to get at least one error message every time I go to browse. I’m a VIP member but I am seriously considering cancelling because I can’t seem to use the credits because the app makes it nearly impossible to shop!

The app is really slow. It loads for a really long time and then often times out. I wish that someone would ensure that when you click on a product to view it that it would be the correct product that opens.

It’s like waiting for paint to dry, and has got worse lately. It’s a miracle if anyone has the patience to spend money in this app

This review is just for the app’s performance, which is terrible. I will always use the website as nothing loads or takes too much time to load on this app. These issues have been ongoing since the app’s launch. There are review from 2 years ago about the same issues. Come on! Get it sorted!

I run a vpn on my phone and since the last app update it doesn’t work when the vpn is turned on … really frustrating!

It needs a postcode but only offers you a number pad to inset it. Tried copy and pasting it from elsewhere but says I need to match the requested format. There are easier places to buy gym leggings from

Slow app, everything takes forever to load up. Really frustrating when trying to navigate through the app.

I got the fabletics app as I thought it would be easier to use than their, often clunky, website… How wrong was I! It’s barely useable. It often takes 10 minutes for the home page to load with just a little spinning Fabletics logo sitting there. Then once the first page loads as you scroll down to see the outfits you have to wait again for more to load. I’ve given up using it to shop & only use it now for the Skip the month feature which is much easier to find than using their mobile site. So I’ve given it 1 star for this feature. Shame as it would be good & I’d probably spend more if it worked. Thanks for saving me money. 😂 If you do try to buy items on it the sale never goes through & returns are worse. Sometimes it lets you complete a return, sometimes it doesn’t. If the return does go through it only gives you an option to create a returns label for a US courier which isn’t much use if you live in the UK. Pretty poor all round to be honest.
