Poor customer service
Horrendous customer service using the app. Agents refuse to respond half way through a conversation. Issues still not resolved. Steer clear, they refuse to refund member credits.

App is very slow and unusable
Since I have downloaded the app as premium member thinking it be better to browse and shop, it is very opposite of that and unreliable to be able to use the app. It’s been long time and URGENTLY the app needs to be reviewed for the issues and fix it for once and all to provide better experience.
Hit and miss
This app is great when it works. But more often than not thhere are problems. Slow loading, or just doesn’t do anything. Very annoying.

Sooo slow very frustrating- I seem to update this every week but it’s the same. Makes me leave the site and look at something else
App is so unresponsive
The app just not respond most of the time, and has to force reopen again due to the slowness of functions. After reading the other comment which is stated 2 years ago, and now 2024 still hasn’t been improve much. This is really upsetting.
Lagging
Lagging every time I open an item. It’s irritating and I give up. Hugely disappointed. Please sort it out, it’s been going on for months now.
Fabletics is great, this app is the worst.
