Terrible site!!! I regret not reading the reviews earlier! I wasted money and time! First I couldn't register, then pay for the order! When I finally managed to do this, they cancelled the order, said the product was out of stock.. The second order was also cancelled and they didn't even send a message and there is no refund.. I'm very angry.. I think I hate them

I really think you should rethink your advertising strategy. Make sure your messages are clear and easy to understand. Ads should be designed to attract and engage, not to confuse or distress. Absolutely not an informative application . The discounts that are listed on the website and the use of bonuses - forget it. It is impossible to track the order . Chat in whatsapp - gives incorrect information on delivery, promising to deliver when ordering up to 5 - same-day delivery. when the delivery did not arrive, I called support and was informed that the delivery took 2-3 business days. It would be better to order in Sephora , where everything is transparent and bonuses work. the order was for 1500 dirhams , ordered the day before the trip. As a result, I lost money (the refund takes more than one day) and had to go to the mall at night to buy the things I needed. Complete disappointment.

I had gift card from this App because I referred to my friend this application. I couldn’t use this gift card and messaged on WhatsApp about how to use this gift card . Abdelgawad answered me from +971 56 329 9902 this number so rude and he discriminated me with “beautiful “ words !!!! I just wanted to use that gift card and in terms of conditions there was not said that I need to purchase 1000aed and then I can use that gift card ! He didn’t tell me this from the beginning but took my 3 days !!! Telling me do this , do that and at the end telling me no u need to purchase 1000aed then u can use it . I bought for the first time a week ago, the product i received is fake, i bought the same from airport and was big difference. I do not trust their products anymore

I called to report that I was having trouble adding things to my cart as it stated EVERY item was out of stock, and basically the call agent told me the issue is with me not their app. I deleted, reinstalled and same issue is happening. I emailed and I was told the issue is from my side. At the end of the day y’all have lost a purchase and a customer to a different company. if I’m not able to add anything to my cart and your employees are not willing to look into it how am I supposed to purchase from your company? I emailed and I called and none of your employees wanted to look into the application issue 😃

Horrendous packaging… orders aren’t completely fulfilled yet you are charged for all the items that haven’t been shipped.

I was trying to use your given promo code but it wasn’t accept then I use different promo code it accepted, but next check out error, how app shows me please contact support team etc etc…. 🥵

My first order and it was a great disappointment. I’ve paid for the express delivery and have not received my order on the same day. On the app it clearly states: for the orders placed between 8am to 6pm. I ordered at 1pm. They will charge you for the express delivery and will not fulfill the order. Customer service is useless. They just apologized and that’s it. They simply don’t care. Better spend your money on other professional companies.
