Just starting to use today but, everything on the app seems reasonable!
Fantastic app
I’ve been trying it for a month and I can see a slight difference already in the neck area and laugh lines . Easy to follow and with the reward system you can really discover the full app. Highly recommended ans it has become a part of my morning routine .

It’s acc not bad it’s helpful somehow
Not good
I got this app and paid for the $62.99/3 month program. It’s pricey for what you actually get. Each day you can log on and do a series of exercises. However, the pool of exercises that they have on the app is really small. The order of the exercises is all that changes, but nothing is ever new or different. This gets boring over the course of 3 months. I didn’t miss a day, and took before and after photos and noticed no change. Some of the exercises are completely ineffective. For instance, relax your face with a slight smile. That’s supposedly an exercise. I don’t recommend this app.
