Unauthorized charges and poor customer service

I canceled my subscription with Luvly before it renewed, yet I still got charged 89$ on my credit card a month later without renewing any subscription. I reached out to them through their website but got no response. Now, I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company and change my card details. This shows a lack of care for customers and I recommend using other face yoga apps if you want to avoid this kind of invonvenience.

I was doubtful going into it but honestly, practicing face yoga with Luvly has transformed my morning routine and helped me feel so much more confident. I’ve learned so much.

Be aware of over charges

Be aware this app has hidden charges. They do not notify you when they’re going to charge you and they charge more than what they say they’re gonna charge.

Over-priced app and shady customer service.

CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD. Over a month after my subscription expired, they charged me a whole lotta money for these robotic and average exercises. I definitely would not purchase this product and now they don’t want to give me a refund. They create the technology that allows them to steal from unsuspecting people and then create a policy to support the theft. If they have a good product, why not notify people before charging? Super sketchy.

Great way to create healthy habits

I like the feeling after spending 10 mins or so a day on exercising my face. With some exercises I can feel a difference immediately. It can also be part of a daily mindfulness and self care regime.

Love it!

So easy to add it into my nightly routine. I’ve noticed changes is my face and muscles and will definitely continue doing this! I’m on week 7 and so happy I found this app. They make it so easy with 10-15min videos.
