Mon père et moi avons littéralement pas 2h à installer cette appli pour qu’au première abord elle ne marche pas. Mais après l’avoir désinstaller figurez-vous qu’elle marche mais pas de la façon voulu. Impossible d’accéder au application depuis 7h ce matin je suis bloqué. Plus aucun contact et même en essayant tte les combines rien ne marche. J’essaye en vain si qlq a une solution je suis preneuse 😭
Arnaque
3 jours d’essai : trop court Les premiers ennuis arrivent après la période d’essai Après avoir créé des règles d’accès vous vous dites que tout va être sous contrôle Eh bien non ! Les règles que vous créez disparaisse -> l’enfant à un accès total Ensuite vous créez des règles qui ne donnent pas accès à l’appareil avant 9:00 par exemple … a 9:30 toujours pas l’accès Autre exemple : avec une iPhone nous souhaitons contrôler un iPad … l’interface est facile ! Une fois qu’une limite d’accès est "en cours", si vous la modifiez, la supprimez, c’est mort vous n’aurez plus accès à l’iPad avant la fin de la période programmée en cours Si vous mixez cela avec le soucis d’accès qui n’est pas donné comme dans l’exemple précédent, vous vous retrouvez avec un iPad inutilisable Donc passez votre chemin … personnellement je ne trouve pas cette famille d’application utile Et en prime tu as payé pour 1 an … tu sens bien l’arnaque ! Surtout qu’avant de prendre cette application le support te garantit qu’il va y avoir des mises à jour La dernière date d’il y a 7 mois ! C’est une arnaque Et je le sens mal, une fois inscrit il ne semble pas possible d’arrêter les prélèvements
