Why the hell does this still exist

This app DESTROYED my phone. It has made me not be able to access my apps due to false advertising. Don’t download this app no matter what!!!!!! This app shouldn’t exist!!!!!!!!!

It’s a hacker

It HACKED my phone and all my apps and stuff are gone do not use it!!!!!!

READ BEFORE BUYING/ CANCEL YOUR TRIAL

THIS APP DOES NOT WORK. After you pay a considerable amount for pure software, the service fails. Set up is a nightmare and if you can get it to work, the controls do not function. If you’d like to lock your child’s phone, be prepared to wait a good few minutes for this to sync. If you do lock your child’s phone, once unlocked the home screen will be messed up (every single time) with apps removed and displaced. However, many apps can still be used when the phone is ‘locked’. Safari remains unlocked, and from this you can still access TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook etc. Finally, your child can deactivate the app entirely by themself. This does not require your password or approval in any form. To do this, go to Settings, search “VPN & Device Management”, and then remove the Family Time controls. Your child will be able to do this by themself, you have no control of this and will not be notified. Do yourself a favour and get a free screen time tool. The Screen Time function is free for iPhones and can be found in your Settings app.

Doesn’t work, terrible tech support, waste of money

I purchased family time to help manage my kids screen time during the school holidays. It didn’t ever work despite following all installation instructions exactly. I contacted tech support and was repeatedly told that I’d hear back ‘within 24-48 hours’. They didn’t respond or do a thing until I demanded a refund. Then they made a bogus claim that those who buy with a discount code are ineligible for a refund, despite the fact they had never provided the service advertised. The other reviews online are consistent with my experience. Avoid. A shameful scam.
