Don’t bother with them they took my money and I couldn’t get a refund after 12 hours! Free trial was cancelled because I got some offer from customer care centre! Wouldn’t recommend not a serious service!

Terrible app
Always have issues with this app. Constantly reinstalling it and resetting it. Not worth the money.
Works like a charm!
Needed something like this for my son’s phone and it was pretty much a perfect fit. Great options and settings as well as reporting. Finally feels like I have just the right amount of control and, with it, peace of mind! May even extend it to cover my slightly older young teenage kids.
Frustrating!!
App worked ok initially...it looked promising. Some glitches initially that were resolved without much trouble. After some time it became less reliable for all my kids. Glitching regularly. I eventually just stopped using it as couldn’t rely on the information. When my subscription ended it automatically renewed for another year despite me not using the app. I emailed them straight away to cancel it and refund me. This was last February and I’m still waiting for any refund despite making regular contact. Just yesterday told again it’s with their accounts dept! I cut them some slack initially with Covid making some workplaces difficult but now it’s just ridiculous🙄. I have advised anyone I know with kids not to waste their time with this app. Update: I have already contacted that email address 6 times between 6th Feb & 20th August this is why it is so frustrating!! Customer support are quick to get back saying it will be sorted but nothing happens. Will contacting them again make any difference?

Just started using this app to manage my daughters iPhone. Had some issues setting up the automated limiting on screen time. I used the in app help and got a really swift response, Rick helped me solve the issue in a few minutes. Great service.
