No value for money - incompetent support

I had been in contact with the app developers before I signed up. Sounded like an app to suit our needs. Once signed up it showed that functionality wasn’t in the way they promised and the worst part is that they charged me even after I had cancelled my subscription. Their support has no structure and I am still waiting for my refund. There are other apps on available. So take this into consideration.

Doesn’t work

Hasn’t worked to lock apps on my sons phone. I’m a technic pro and have given all rights which are needed, but my son was alway able to start the locked apps. But the horror was the support. Haven’t understood my questions at all and have send simply some answers to other questions I never asked. I wrote in English that nothing gets lost in translation, but same. I was really kind but after the first answer they just stopped answering. Because it hasn’t worked I removed the subscription on PayPal, with this my test period of three days was gone too. So I wasn’t able anyway to try out the app lock anymore. Support hasn’t answers what I can do. Kid can deinstall the app from App Store simply byitself. That app isn’t worth the subscription! For your answer: I tried the support chat, they are completely incompetent. What a waste of time!
